About Us


The idea for the Lenox Yoga studio was created by Premier Instructor and Berkshire county native Sue Parsley. Over the years Sue has taught at many exclusive spas such as Canyon Ranch of the Berkshires, The Westmoor Club in Nantucket and The Ritz Carlton, Jamaica and more. After traveling and working privately,  Sue wanted a place for locals to practice close to home and a place to build a yoga community. After a site search, the Curtis Building offered a wonderful historic setting and beautiful space. The studio features a cooperative of independent teachers, hand selected  by Sue for their expertise. Classes incorporate many different styles and backgrounds of yoga into flowing practices. Teachers are trained to work with beginners and help them progress by providing individual modifications for each pose.  We teach Hatha, Kriya, Kripalu,, SUP Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga, additionally  we have added Pilates and Qigong. Levels range from easy to moderate to vigorous practices. Teachers operate independently and set their own class policies, but collectively we work together to create a community
